THE DOCTOR WHO FOUNDED THE FIRST SOCIAL VETERINARY HOSPITAL

Aurelian Ștefan, the doctor who founded the first social veterinary hospital, Homeless Animal Hospital, has over 20 years of experience as a veterinarian. It wasn't enough for him to save animals, so he founded the Homeless Animal Hospital, the association that gives a chance to dogs and cats that need help.
