WHY SPAY/NEUTER IS OUR PRIORITY
This is the most effective approach to decreasing the number of stray dogs and cats. When combined with adoption, which directly lowers the number of dogs in shelters and on the streets, it forms the most powerful strategy for preventing and reducing pet homelessness. Spaying and neutering tackle the underlying issue by preventing unwanted litters, ultimately saving hundreds of thousands and decreasing the future population of homeless dogs and cats.

IMPACT OF ONE SPAY
Just spaying one female dog prevents the potential birth of over 67,000 dogs born on the streets into a harsh world without shelter, food, or love. Granted that some of these puppies may not live to maturity, those who do are subject to immense suffering in a country that cannot or will not provide for them.
TOGETHER WITH ADOPTION
One cannot adopt quickly enough to make a huge difference. Adoption is very important and vital, and we urge everyone to adopt and not buy.
However, spaying/neutering is the most effective solution to prevent hundreds of thousands of lives from being born on the streets with endless suffering.

DON'T LET THIS BE THEIR FATE.
